A semester is defined by a 5-course semester of academic study at the undergraduate level, and by a 4-course semester of academic study at the graduate level. The cumulative grade point average is used as a qualitative measure of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
The associate degree program is comprised of 4 semesters, and each semester has 5 courses. Each course in a semester is worth 3 credits; there are a total of 20 courses in each program.
