Coaches receive a Weekly Progress report via email. This report shows summary and detailed progress information for all the courses a student is actively enrolled in or has recently completed. This includes course averages, activity scores, on-time information, and time spent in the course.

GRADES / TESTS 60% is the minimum score on all assignments to move forward in APEX. 60% is the minimum OVERALL passing score to earn credit.
Tests will lock automatically if the test taker has not responded to a question within five minutes. To retake a CST the student must contact their assigned Apex teacher. The student and teacher will develop a learning plan that must be completed prior to reopening the test.Mar 26, 2020
Proctoring can be applied to any scored activity: quizzes, practices, discussions, journals, logs, explorations, computer- scored tests, teacher-scored tests, diagnostics, and exams.
From the Summary view, you can see courses averages, access Course Activity Scores reports, apply course settings, and enter notes and final grades. Each course unit is represented as a Unit page in the Grade Book.

English: 50 questions, 40 mins complete, 4 choices. Math: 53 questions, 65 mins complete, 5 choices.
All ALVS students will receive the letter grade that corresponds to their final %, regardless of course or pathway. and set final letter grades. Point-five and above will round up; point-four and below will round down. Final grades will include +/- as the numbers dictate.
The Last Access column — which displays the date the student last accessed a given course — is one of several indicators that a student is active in a course .
The Quality of Work column displays the student’s course average for all completed and scored activities. Quality of Work does not include extra credit activities or coursework outside of Apex Learning that the teacher may have assigned.
The Session Time chart shows the amount of time a student has spent on instructional and assessment content during the selected week. Use the Calendar icon to select a different week.
