Guests and their covid concerns are out of control

I have been running an Airbnb rental for a couple of years now. Since March, our occupancy has increased 150% even in the off season. Guests want early check ins and late check outs. We often have back to backs and honestly the cleaning crews have had a hard time keeping up. Yet, the house is always cleaned and sanitized with a full crew.

Advised him to cut it out, even made the outside area available for him to smoke - but instead he just decided to continue smoking but mask it with what had to have been multiple canisters worth of AXE body spray.
