Guests and their covid concerns are out of control

I have been running an Airbnb rental for a couple of years now. Since March, our occupancy has increased 150% even in the off season. Guests want early check ins and late check outs. We often have back to backs and honestly the cleaning crews have had a hard time keeping up. Yet, the house is always cleaned and sanitized with a full crew.

We just hosted a guy who was flagrantly smoking weed in our guest suite within five minutes of arrival. Advised him to cut it out, even made the outside area available for him to smoke - but instead he just decided to continue smoking but mask it with what had to have been multiple canisters worth of AXE body spray. My theory on check out time
