Poor organization throughout. No one seems to know what they are doing because staff is replaced constantly. Most teachers are not teachers just adults babysitting the students. It is a 6am to 6pm daycare disguised as a school. Administration does not have administrative credentials. Just a company taking advantage of the title I community.

This is the worst, and I mean the worst school I have worked at. The turnover rate is very high due to how disorganized the school is. Just a few weeks in the school had atleast 5 teachers quit as well as the dean. The schedules constantly changed from the first day and the school left their teachers unprepared for the first week of school.
Let me start off that within teachers has a great supportive environment where teachers helps teachers (such as exchanging tips on grading system, giving lessons, etc). Also depending on choice of health insurance plan, you don't have to pay anything of the most basic one.

I worked on a short-term assignment and i enjoyed working there, work load is slow paced and supervisors are easy ti work with. Free lunch n dinner is mostly offered fun environment but wasnt a permanent job for me.
What was nice about working on projects at the National Academies was that there was always something new and projects helped the nation to improve. Working with the volunteer committee members was interesting and thought provoking.
