When you add items from your Zippy Courses site to your menu, they will only show up if the person viewing the page has access to the content you add. For example, if you add one of your lessons to your site's menu, this menu item won't appear unless a student has access to that menu item.

Courses may not automatically show up on the dashboard, but many times the course is still available in All Courses. If you like to "favorite" certain courses so that you only see select classes in your Dashboard, then you may need to go to the All Courses page and adjust your "favorites." Is the course published?
If you make course settings changes or enrollment method changes, it might not show up immediately, it may take to the next sync period. This is fun for me, because usually other people have the problem and then call me.
If your course has started, but course cards are not displaying on the dashboard in the Canvas Student app, please follow these steps: Step 1: Make sure you have the current version of the Canvas Student mobile app installed and that the operating system on your mobile device is up to date.
The instructor has not yet published the course for student view (most common reason). The student has not yet successfully registered and paid for the course. There may be an issue with the student’s enrollment. The student may have a hold on his/her record.
I created a new course in an existing category. I enrolled users. It is marked as visible, with a course start date of yesterday. It is not showing up for any of the users I enrolled. If I click on "Participants" in the Navigation block, it shows no participants, but when I click on "enrolled users", everyone is listed.
Yes, manual enrollment is enabled, and every user is has a role of either teacher or student. It is not showing up for any user.
Well, this morning it is there! I have no idea what changed, because I didn't change anything! Perhaps the threat of a screen shot? Maybe I have a shy course.
I am having the same problem today. The intructor complained the course isn't showing on his list of courses (but he is also an admin so he can search and find it), and a student complained she could see the class before but now cannot. All enrollees show in users but not in participants and cannot see the course. Any additional thoughts?
My experience is that sometimes it can take some time to show up. If you make course settings changes or enrollment method changes, it might not show up immediately, it may take to the next sync period.
To check the start date of your course: Log into Self-Service from the top of the www.stanly.edu website. Click on Student Planning. Click on Plan & Schedule. If you need help, you also have the option to call the Eagle's One Stop at 704-991-0123 and have them check your course start dates.
If you just recently registered or added a course, please allow at least four hours for the course to show up in your Canvas account. The time it takes from when you register to the time it will show up in Canvas is not immediate.
Also, please consider if it's a 16-week, 12-week, 8-week, or 4-week course. If you have multiple courses, some courses may be missing until their start date.
Step 2: If updating the app and the operating system does not resolve the issue, delete and reinstall the Canvas Student App.
Courses may not appear in the My Courses module in Blackboard for a few reasons: The instructor has not yet published the course for student view (most common reason). The student has not yet successfully registered and paid for the course. There may be an issue with the student’s enrollment.
Students who are registered through San Jacinto College for an online course are not required to register for the course through Blackboard. Once a student has successfully registered and paid for a course, it will automatically be added to the student’s roster in Blackboard Learn 9.1.
You will need to indicate the version of Moodle you are running. It may also be helpful to mention any errors that show up in your server logs, if you have access to these. Above all, your version of moodle is needed.
